"Amethyst and Peridot are similar in many ways so Tas is a driving force, sure of herself and hard to reckon with. she is destructive, rude, and occasionally hilarious, with a repertoire of slang and technical speak so extensive that she can be impossible to follow. she stays together until she doesn’t; one moment she’s completely united, even resistant to unfusing, and the next she breaks apart and her respective halves are fighting. although she’s made from two fairly small gems, she’s big-- a little larger than Opal and a lot less graceful."
